Advantage Education is an education specialist recruitment agency that aspires to give everyone in education an Advantage. Our mission is to provide a high-quality customer service to schools and educators alongside committing to giving back to local communities.
Our commitment is that for every £1 a school spends with us, we will put 1p back into the community. Every year we will support a different local community project to support children and young people. We will work alongside schools and councils to determine where support is most needed to ensure the greatest impact.

Meet the Team
Adam Davies
Director and Founder
I have worked in education recruitment for nearly 11 years. I started initially working with SEND specific schools in Hampshire as a consultant and then a Branch Manager. I then oversaw the SEND schools for Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Sussex.
After becoming a Regional Manager, I oversaw secondary and primary branches as well as creating a tuition specialist branch. Over the years I have supported thousands of candidates find their ideal role and supported hundreds of schools by providing high quality candidates. I am Safer Recruitment Trained, and a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
I am thrilled to create Advantage Education as I am very passionate about giving back to the education sector and the community.
